Family Constellation in a Group

A Systemic Constellation is not a miracle healing but it helps us to find our own roots. In there, lies the source of our strength.

In a Family Constellation, participants become representatives of members of our own family. In our ancestry system, we watch out for those people who somehow have 'made room': The marginalized, the sublimed, those who the family wanted to be "forgotten" or e.g. somebody missing since the wars.

In the Constellation work, reconciliation will become possible, when we are open to remember what has been suppressed. Then, love starts flowing again and we are able to feel the power of the ancestors who strengthen us.

Constellation workshops do have the advantage that we are in a position to witness many different fates. Whether as a substitute (like an actor in the group) or in audience, it may bring deep insight. And sometimes, this volunteer role has the same effect on the actor like a personal constellation.
